Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a North Liverpool school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND, focusing on autism and complex needs.

This full-time role requires patience, resilience and strong communication to build relationships with pupils and staff, while promoting safeguarding and an inclusive learning environment. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Desirable experience supporting autism or complex needs.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good safeguarding understanding.
