Job summary

Prospero Teaching are recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Liverpool. The role offers an opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and help them reach their full potential in a caring, resilient environment.

You will provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with academic, social and emotional development, and work with teachers to implement individual support strategies within a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or complex needs.
• Confident providing 1:1 support and managing challenging behaviour.
• Patient, nurturing and resilient.
• Committed to supporting every pupil's individual development.
