Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Desirable experience supporting autism or complex needs.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
• Supporting children with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Providing academic, emotional and behavioural support.
• Delivering interventions and assisting with classroom activities.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
