Qualifications

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, positive Beziehungen aufzubauen.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung von Schülern 1:1 oder in kleinen Gruppen, angepasst an individuelle Bedürfnisse.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrern zur Umsetzung von EHCPs.

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Teach Match Education is looking for a dedicated individual to support pupils across a variety of settings in Hereford.

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Proven experience supporting children with SEND
• 
  A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• 
  Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• 
  Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Role Responsibilities:

• 
  Support students 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring support to individual needs
• 
  Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCPs
• 
  Promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment
• 
  Assist with classroom activities and general TA duties as needed
