What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (school-based or other settings)
A caring, patient, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to support pupils with varying needs
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

The Role May Involve:
Supporting pupils in class with their learning
Working 1:1 or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with planning and resources
