The position is paid at Grade 5 and is for 31.25 hours per week. The vacancy is for Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm. This post is a permanent position.

• Be well-organised, energetic, and flexible.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community.
• Be professional, have high expectations, and support the goals and learning of all our pupils.
• Understand and follow all safeguarding procedures.
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge and understanding of the needs of KS1 children and how to effectively support their learning and promote their well-being.
• Show awareness of neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
