We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals for roles across South West and Worcestershire. Currently, we need an SEN teaching assistant experienced with SEN requirements or with sufficient experience in 1:1 roles, comfortable supporting pupils with behavioural or complex needs.

This full-time role requires confidence and expertise in supporting pupils with SEND, particularly those who are non-verbal or have complex behavioural needs. Candidates should have experience with SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care, with strong behavioural management skills.
