Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the CF11 area of Cardiff from September 2025.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience, whether you're starting your career in education or enhancing your skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school-based or other settings)
• A caring, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to support pupils with varying needs
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

The Role May Involve:

• Supporting pupils in class with their learning
• Working 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with planning and resources
