Salary: £105-£120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. The highest rate is reserved for candidates with substantial relevant SEND experience and/or specialist training.
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, agreed working days to be confirmed (term time only).

Across the school, pupils have needs including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and trauma-related needs.
Play, sensory exploration and predictable routines shape this nurturing setting. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will adapt support to each child, from noticing subtle communication to helping them regulate emotions. Your role will combine early learning with practical care and relationship-building, recognising that pupils need different approaches to feel secure and ready to learn.
