What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting SEND pupils to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life
  • Providing supervision and assistance during break times, lunch, trips, and extracurricular activities
  • Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of students
  • Collaborating closely with class teachers and professionals to support the individual needs of pupils
What We're Looking For
  • A positive attitude and a passion for supporting SEND students - professional development opportunities are available
  • Experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals, either in schools or other settings such as healthcare, social care, or youth work
  • Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience
