Remedy Education is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to work across Kent. You will plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons, supporting pupils with various needs including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Support pupils with SEND including ASC/ADHD/SEMH.
• Develop and implement ILPs and EHCP targets.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, carers and external professionals.
• Promote pupils' independence, confidence, communication and social development.
