Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEND.
• Create a structured, inclusive learning environment to support engagement.
• Adapt teaching strategies for a range of needs including communication and cognition.
• Collaborate with TAs, therapists and SEN staff to meet EHCP targets.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and adjust teaching accordingly.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through routines.
