Academics Ltd is seeking a SEND Teacher to join an Inclusion Base at a primary school in Hillingdon. You will plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with SEND and adapt teaching and resources to meet a wide range of needs.

You will create a structured, inclusive classroom, use evidence-informed strategies, monitor progress, and work with the SENCo, leaders and families to support communication, engagement and emotional regulation.

Formación

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Understanding of inclusive and specialist teaching approaches.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with SEND.
• Adapt teaching, resources and curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Create a structured, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Use specialist SEND strategies.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to support plans.
