Keys Group’s Park House School in Barnsley is seeking a dedicated teacher to plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will work within the school community, model integrity and the EPIC values, and ensure safeguarding and a nurturing learning environment while adhering to the Staff Code of Conduct.

Two years of SEND experience and QTS/QTLS are desirable.

Qualifications

• A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
• At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
• QTS/QTLS is a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Delivering and planning lessons to support a wide range of learning styles within PSHE & RSE
• Providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes
• Helping and supporting individual pupils as required and encouraging them to research topics themselves
• Prepare teaching materials, instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries and damage
