Keys Education is recruiting a teacher for Tees Valley College to plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.

The successful candidate will have QTS/QTLS, at least two years' SEND experience, and a

A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
QTS/QTLS is a requirement.

Mansioni

Providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes.
Help and support individual pupils as required and encouraging them to research topics themselves.
Keep a register of pupils' attendance, set assignments and homework, mark pupils work, record completion, write progress reports and carry out continuous assessment.
