Vision for Education is seeking a SEND Teacher in Melksham to deliver lessons and support students with a range of needs. The role runs full time, Monday to Friday, with a temporary-to-permanent path.
You will have UK QTS, experience with SEND, and ideally Maths/English specialisms; Team Teach training is a plus. The position involves safeguarding and delivering engaging learning in a Good SEND provision.

Pay to scale - £175 - £325 Per Day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: UK QTS and experience working with students with special educational needs and behaviours that challenge.
Contract Dates: - Monday 28th September 2026 - Flexible start dates available
As a SEND Teacher, you will be required to support the class in the delivery of lessons, whilst also providing support and guidance to the students in their variety of learning needs.
Working with students with special educational needs is an extremely rewarding environment to work in, however it can be challenging getting to know the needs of students and therefore this role benefits from consistency and continuity.
Ideally for this role you will have had experience working with Social, emotional and mental health needs of children or young adults, ASD, ADHA, MLD and Emotional behaviours difficulties.
Based in an Ofsted rated 'Good' SEND provision in the Melksham area, the school caters for needs including but not limited to SEMH, ASC, ADHD, MLD and EBD.
