Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified SEND Teachers to work across Daventry and surrounding areas. We have opportunities in specialist schools, SEND provisions and mainstream settings with dedicated SEN units.

Full-time, part-time or flexible day-to-day supply roles are available, with daily pay rates between £150 and £225 depending on role and experience. Join a supportive team and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD and other complex needs while

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings.
• A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for learners with SEND.
• Support pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD and ADHD and other complex needs.
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment for all pupils.
• Collaborate with schools and SEN units across Daventry and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• ADHD and other complex needs

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
