Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified SEND teachers to work across Rushden and surrounding areas, with full-time, part-time or flexible day-to-day supply opportunities. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for learners with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD, ADHD, and other complex needs, aiming to enable every pupil to achieve their potential in inclusive learning environments.

QTS or equivalent and SEND experience required; a patient, adaptable approach and strong behaviour management are

Qualified SEND Teachers Needed

Location: Rushden and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work

Pay Rate: 150 - 225 per day depending on the role and experience

The Role

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• ADHD and other complex needs

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
