Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Qualified SEND Teachers for Corby and surrounding areas. We work with specialist schools, SEND provisions, and mainstream schools with SEN units across Corby and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children with SEND in specialist or mainstream settings.
• Patient, adaptable and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for learners with SEND.
• Support pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD and other needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with schools and staff to support pupil progress.

Location: Corby and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work
Pay Rate: £150 - £225 per day depending on the role and experience

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• ADHD and other complex needs

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
• A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
