Job summary

Aspire People is actively recruiting Qualified SEND Teachers to support Daventry and surrounding areas. We partner with specialist schools, SEND provisions and mainstream settings to place qualified teachers across full-time, part-time and flexible day-to-day roles.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, have SEND teaching experience, and demonstrate patient, adaptable, and proactive classroom management to help every learner reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings.
• Patient, adaptable and compassionate approach.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for learners with SEND.
• Support pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD and ADHD.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualified SEND Teachers Needed

Location: Daventry and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work

Pay Rate: 150 - 225 per day depending on the role and experience

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• ADHD and other complex needs

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
