Can you make learning accessible for pupils working at very different developmental levels?

I'm recruiting a SEND Teacher for a specialist secondary school in Aylesbury. The school supports young people with a wide range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, mobility needs and personal care requirements.

You'll need to be flexible in your teaching, comfortable adapting the curriculum and able to recognise progress beyond academic results.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Understand behaviour as communication and respond calmly.


• Guide classroom support staff and work across different learner groups.
