Aston Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Sixth Form College near Victoria station in Central London. You will work with 16–19-year-olds needing additional support to reach their full potential, joining a Good/Outstanding-leaning setting with strong industry links.

Responsibilities include creating an inclusive learning environment, supporting EHCP/LP development, and assisting in exams as reader or scribe.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND or specific learning difficulties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment and provide one‑to‑one or small group support.
• Contribute to EHCP/LP development and safeguarding within the SEND team.
• Support classroom activities, monitor progress, maintain records and collaborate with professionals.
• Assist students in exams as reader or scribe as required.
