Protocol Education is seeking compassionate and driven individuals to join a SEND provision in Chelmsford as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA).

Who Will You Support?

The students in this school have diverse needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
• Complex Learning Disabilities
• Or hold a statement of educational need

Your role is to inspire, motivate, and support each pupil to thrive – regardless of their challenges.
