Protocol Education is on the lookout for compassionate and driven individuals to join a SEND provision in Southend On Sea as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA).

Who Will You Support?
The amazing students in this school have diverse needs, including:

• Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
• Complex Learning Disabilities
• Or hold a statement of educational need.

Your role is to inspire, motivate, and support each pupil to thrive – no matter their challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
