Job summary

Bournville Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support and small-group interventions across all year groups. This term-time role is 22 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, with a salary range of £13,741.61 to £15,116.45 per year.

The successful candidate will support children's learning and wellbeing, build nurturing relationships with pupils and families, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive learning

Qualifications

• 1:1 SEND support experience preferred.
• Ability to run small-group interventions across year groups.
• Commitment to inclusive, nurturing learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.
