Learning Support Assistant - Bournville Primary School, Weston-super-Mare

Contract: Term-time only, 22 hours per week and offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027

Salary: £13,741.61 - £15,116.45

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to provide 1:1 SEND support and small-group interventions across all year groups at Bournville Primary School.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Work with small groups to boost learning and confidence
• Support children across different year groups
• Assist pupils with personal care, when required
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families
