Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Specialist Teachers to support SEND learners in the UK, delivering one-to-one sessions in-home, online, or in the community. You will adapt sessions across SEND needs, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD with a child-centred approach and trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Child-centred, holistic approach to curriculum delivery.
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate) and 2+ professional references
• Based in the UK with right to work, including for remote/online roles

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid support.
• Support learning across SEND needs including SEMH, MLD, SLD.
