Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking caring SEMH Support Assistants to work with children and young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs across Primary, Secondary and SEND schools. You’ll be a trusted adult helping students navigate challenges and support their learning goals.

You may provide one-to-one support, help regulate emotions, promote positive behaviour, support social and communication skills, encourage classroom participation, assist with intervention programmes, and

Protocol Education is looking for caring and resilient SEMH Support Assistants to work with children and young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who may face challenges with emotional regulation, self-esteem, attendance, relationships or engagement in learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
