Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings in the UK. You will work with teachers and pastoral teams to foster confidence, emotional regulation and engagement in lessons, while delivering targeted interventions and building resilience.

Protocol Education is recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings.

The Opportunity

Many of the pupils you'll support have experienced barriers to learning and require positive relationships, consistency and encouragement to succeed.

Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you'll help students:

• Develop confidence and self-esteem
• Improve emotional regulation
• Build positive relationships
• Engage with learning
• Achieve personal and academic goals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
