Responsibilities

• Coordinate provision for children in EHC plans and ensure appropriateness of named settings.
• Support families and schools through statutory processes and local SEND offer.
• Attend multi-agency meetings to discuss needs and provision; write or amend EHC plans.
• Monitor provision and ensure outcomes are met with a focus on commissioning.
