Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Provision Coordinator to join the SEND Provision Team. You will be the named coordinator for children and young people, ensuring EHC plan provisions match the named settings and securing appropriate support packages.

You will attend multi-agency meetings, review provisions, and work with families and schools to navigate statutory processes. The role is fast-paced, requires detail focus, and aims to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and guidance.
• Strong organisational skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with education, health, and care services.
• Degree-level education or equivalent in education/SEND.
• Experience as an Education Health Care Co-ordinator.
• Experience working with schools to deliver SEND provision.
• Experience commissioning providers and negotiating with professionals.

Responsabilidades
