Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an EHC Coordinator in Stevenage to manage EHC caseloads and coordinate multi‑agency advice. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and a £300 daily rate, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

You will draft EHCPs, uphold statutory timescales, maintain accurate records, and act as the main contact for families and schools. A collaborative, diverse caseload environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND/EHCP casework.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of EHC needs, annual reviews, and amendments.
• Coordinate advice from education, health, and social care professionals.
• Draft and amend EHCPs in line with SEND Code of Practice.
