Job summary

Elementa Support Services Ltd. is seeking SEND Learning Support Assistants to support students with SEND in Croydon schools. The roles involve one-to-one or small group assistance, helping with learning and needs, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students.
• Assist students with additional learning, communication, social, emotional, or physical needs.

• Support positive behaviour and collaborate with teachers and other professionals.
