The role involves helping with personal care, manual handling and assisting with therapy sessions to maximise student potential.

You will contribute to an inclusive learning environment and play a hands-on role in students' learning journeys.

Qualifications

• To be successful for this role you must have passion, enthusiasm and willingness to work in SEND learning environments.
• Have knowledge and experience with Autism or complex needs students.
• Play a significant role in the students learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Support students with physical needs and therapy sessions to aid progress.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment and engage with students.
