Job summary

Wolverley CE Secondary School is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support pupils, including those with additional needs, across the school. The role requires initiative, resilience and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning.

You will work with staff to plan and deliver curriculum content, promote well-being, and contribute to the school's Christian ethos of Ambition Unlimited. Grade 2 or 3 post may be offered depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and facilitating inclusion for children with additional needs.
• Focus on children's well-being in all activities.
• Motivated, patient and committed to developing own skills.
• Able to plan, adapt and deliver curriculum content to raise attainment.
• Willing to promote and develop the Christian ethos of the school.
