Job summary

Aldwickbury School is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs, helping them participate in lessons, activities and school life while developing confidence, independence and social skills.

Working with class teachers and external specialists, you will implement individual support plans, monitor progress and wellbeing, and ensure a consistent approach across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs preferred.
• Patience, adaptability and proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and families.
