The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to work within our early years classrooms. The role is on a fixed-term basis, starting in November 2026, working Monday to Friday, term-time only. The contract will end on the 31st August 2027.
If you join us, a typical day in this role may see you inspiring and motivating children to learn through activities, providing guidance and supervision, as well as attending to their day-to-day needs. You will be part of a team providing an effective learning environment and supporting the progress of children’s development
About You
You are likely to be a self-motivated classroom practitioner who will have developed positive behaviour management strategies through your career or personal experience. You will bring a positive and enthusiastic outlook to your work, and will have a genuine interest in providing learning in a creative and engaging way.
