The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious School Estates Supervisor (Site Management) to join our dedicated team from 16th November 2026 . If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you making the site safe and secure, undertaking reactive maintenance, restocking consumables, landscaping, ensuring contractors are managed and contracts are up to date, supporting compliance requirements and driving the minibus (subject to driving licence permissions and training).

You are likely to have gained excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us professionalism, enthusiasm and a desire to improve the appearance of the school estate, make and keep the school clean, safe and maintained.
