Job summary

Senploy is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant in West Drayton for a September start, long-term role supporting pupils with complex needs in a nurturing, structured environment. SEN Learning Support Assistant - Long‑Term Role (September Start)

West Drayton £14.63 - £16.53 per hour Full‑time, 5 days per week

A highly inclusive and forward‑thinking specialist setting in West Drayton is seeking a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a long‑term role, working Monday to Friday, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs in a nurturing, structured environment.

What The Role Involves

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEND
• Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and sensory strategies
• Using tools such as visual timetables, now/next boards and personalised learning resources
• Supporting pupils through structured routines, transitions and behaviour plans
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEND team
• Contributing to a positive, encouraging and inclusive classroom environment
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence and engagement in learning

What You'll Need
