Job summary

Senploy is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant in West Drayton for a September start, long-term role supporting pupils with complex needs in a nurturing, structured environment. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, using visual timetables and sensory strategies to assist ASC, SLD and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation and sensory strategies.
• Use visual timetables, now/next boards and personalised learning resources.
• Support pupils through structured routines, transitions and behaviour plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and the SEND team.
