Transform Education Recruitment UK is recruiting SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs in Birmingham schools. You will provide tailored support to an individual pupil and help them access learning and participate in school life.

A genuine passion for SEND and patience, empathy, and a calm, consistent approach are essential. Ideally, a Level 3 Childcare qualification, with a willingness to learn and respond to individual needs, is preferred.

• Follow agreed support strategies under staff guidance.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

You will need:
