Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd in Bromsgrove/Outskirts of Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. You will provide 1:1 and small group support and help learners access lessons in a way that suits them.

You will build trusting relationships, support behaviour positively, and work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Support Worker or similar role.
