Job summary

Oasis Academy Pinewood in Havering, Greater London, is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support SEND learners in a warm, inclusive environment. The role is term-time only, 30 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract until July 2027.

You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities, build strong relationships with families and contribute to CPD opportunities, IT resources, and a supportive academy culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant in a caring, inclusive school.
• Passion for working with SEND students and holistic education.
• Ability to build relationships with families and carers.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning support for identified SEND students under teacher direction.
