Job summary

Locking Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEND. You will work in small groups to enhance learning and deliver personalised strategies, including TEACCH, to boost engagement and independence.

The role requires experience in educational settings, a caring approach, and strong communication. Term-time, fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with extension potential subject to funding.
