Job summary

Greenway Junior School in Horsham is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs, alongside class teachers and the SENCo. The role is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with term-time hours and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

You will contribute to a positive learning culture, engage students using diverse strategies, and help raise achievement while modelling resilience, kindness, and professionalism within the school community.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English minimum grade C or equivalent.
• High expectations with commitment to raising achievement for all children.
• Ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in learning.
