Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring, pastoral, or student support roles, ideally in a SEND or specialist school setting.
• Strong understanding of SEMH and ASD and barriers faced by young people with complex needs.
• Confident communicating with students, families and multidisciplinary professionals.
