Qualifications

• Minimum of a level 4 recognised qualification or willingness to work towards.
• At least two years of experience in early years, social care, health or education.
• Experience in coordinating and liaising with multiple agencies and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and EHCP reviews and monitoring.
• Manage administrative functions within statutory processes and meet deadlines.
• Identify when specialist involvement is needed and establish appropriate contacts.
