Job summary

Confidential is seeking an EHC Coordinator to lead high-quality Education, Health and Care planning for children and young people with SEND. You will manage a designated caseload and be the main contact for families, schools and professionals throughout the EHC process.

You will coordinate EHC needs assessments, annual reviews and statutory casework, ensuring timely delivery in line with legislation and the SEND Code of Practice. A collaborative, child-centred approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SEND casework and EHCP processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHC needs assessments, annual reviews and statutory casework.
• Ensure activities meet statutory timescales and legislation.
• Gather and interpret professional advice to produce EHCPs.
• Lead multi-agency meetings and maintain relationships with families, schools, health and social care professionals.
• Support resolution of concerns, complaints, mediation and tribunals.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.
