Job summary

Charlton Wood Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated practitioner to support SEND pupils through a mix of class activities and targeted interventions. The role involves 1:1 work, following EHCPs under supervision of the class teacher and SENCO, with a focus on enabling access to the curriculum.

The successful candidate will deliver specified interventions, help develop individualised curricula, and contribute to pupil progress in line with school expectations. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• 1-to-1 work with children and small groups as directed.
• Meet and greet children at start of day.

• Deliver speech and language sessions with clear steps for success.
