Job summary

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a SEND school in Brighton & Hove to recruit a motivated Child Tutor. You will work closely with SEND pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, building confidence and progress through engaging activities and supportive, patient instruction.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, starting in September, with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive classroom where pupils feel valued and motivated to try new things.

Qualifications

• Be patient, positive and encouraging with pupils.
• Able to build strong relationships with young people.
• Enthusiastic, spread positivity and encouragement.
• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Passionate about supporting children with SEND.
• Act as a strong, positive role model.
